4、熟练使用JAVA编程语言，技术栈以SpringCloud全家桶+MyBatisPlus为主，熟悉mysql，redis、rocketmq，es，nginx等常用数据库/中间件。
5、具备良好的沟通和表达能力，有清晰的逻辑思维能力和结构化、系统化思维能力;。
6、责任心超强，具备高度的结果意识，具备良好的团队合作精神和承受压力的能力。
