岗位职责：1、工作规程：1）接收CNC班长分配的生产任务按班长安排的顺序生产；2）准备需要用到的夹具刀具，以及其他工具；3）检查原材料大小，材质，是否符合图纸要求，确认数量；4）查看零件装夹方式，装夹方向，坐标原点，检查程式刀号，刀补，坐标是否和机台现实符合；5）合理部署调机工作时间(如，程式更改时禁止坐等程式，可准备别的工作。等)；6）首件调试每把刀具下刀前应先把单段加工点亮，快速倍率。进给倍率，调整至百分之二十五的状态，检查下刀深度是否正确。检查完后在取消单段加工来进行加工；7）机台上拆下的任何东西(如产品，夹具，刀具，扳手等)都必需经过风枪吹干净；8）加工好的零件应在机上先自检一遍在下机，将披风处理干净放到指定的位置；9）日报表的规范填写，点检表的每日确认填写；10）两班交接要人员到位，填写交班表:机台的刀具，程式，坐标以及所发生过的问题；11）保持区域内的工作场所整洁区域内的6S工作，设备保养维护。2、其它工作：1）负责区域内的6S工作，设备保养点检维护以及上级交代的临时任务。任职资格：1.中专（高中）及以上，机械专业优先；2.2年以上CNC调机经验，适应两班倒；3.熟练操作三菱，法兰克系统熟悉GM代码；4.熟悉刀具的使用以及磨刀；熟悉常用GM代码的格式以及应用；熟练操作三菱，法兰克系统。
