④熟悉电网并网标准、仿真技术规范及行业政策，能够独立审定仿真方案、核心模型、分析报告，解决复杂仿真技术难题，主导技术评审与成果验收；
⑤具备团队管理、项目统筹、进度管控、绩效考核及部门建设能力，持有中级及以上工程师职称优先。
岗位职责：
①全面主持仿真技术部技术管理工作，对仿真项目技术方案、模型质量、仿真成果及安全合规负总责；
②牵头制定并审定新能源系统仿真技术标准、建模规范、仿真流程与质量管控体系，组织编制企业仿真技术导则并监督执行；
③主持重大仿真项目的方案评审、关键技术攻关与复杂工况仿真分析；
④审核核心仿真模型、参数体系、边界条件与仿真结果，签发仿真报告，确保成果满足国标、行标及并网技术要求；
⑤负责仿真建模全过程技术管控，并牵头解决新能源并网仿真、暂态仿真、电能质量等重大技术难题；
⑥组织开展仿真技术团队建设、技术培训、技术交底与项目复盘，审核关键技术文件，保障团队技术能力满足资质与项目要求；
⑦负责跨部门协同对接，联动业务端、并网测试等相关部门，精准拆解项目需求、完成数据对标、问题协同闭环，保障仿真成果高质量交付落地。
