岗位职责
负责无油离心压缩机的海外市场开拓与销售，制定区域销售计划，达成个人销售指标。
挖掘潜在客户需求，结合产品技术优势，为客户提供专业的技术解决方案和产品选型建议，推动商务谈判与合同签订，全程跟进订单落地、交付及回款流程。
维护海外现有客户关系，协调内部技术团队提供支持，提升客户满意度。
收集海外市场动态、行业政策，分析市场趋势，为公司提供数据支持。
参与海外行业展会、技术研讨会等活动，开展产品技术宣讲与推广，提升公司产品海外知名度；拓展海外销售渠道（如代理商、经销商）。
参与销售方案的制定与执行，及时上报销售进展、客户情况及市场问题。
任职要求
本科及以上学历，能源与动力、机械工程等工科相关专业优先。
具备3年以上技术型销售经验，有无油离心压缩机相关行业技术或销售相关岗位经验者优先。
英语听说读写优秀，可作为工作语言，有海外留学或工作经历优先。
可独立开展海外销售工作，适应海外短期出差。
具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作精神及问题解决能力，工作积极主动，责任心强。
