1.负责制定项目的控制方案、电气SPEC、软件需求SPEC、项目timing;
2.负责项目的CIP和降本;
3.负责电气图纸、原理图、互锁表等文档的审核;
4.具备独立及指导机台问题分析的能力;
5.具备项目及团队管理能力:
1)依据项目计划协调资源管理项目开发进度
2)识别人员能力，制定培养计划，使团队在人员
休假或离职等现象发生时，具备一定抗风险能
力，不影响团队及项目工作正常推进
3)具备提升团队技术研发的能力;
任职要求:
1.本科及以上，电气相关专业，硕士优先。
2.从事电气相关工作8年以上，其中管理岗工作大于等于2年，从事半导体行业至少3年以上。
3.熟悉电气架构、供电控制架构，了解部件的原理及应用
4.良好的跨部门协调&沟通能力和团队合作精神。
