岗位职责：
1.精通 Java 8 + 新特性（Lambda、Stream、CompletableFuture）、面向对象设计、集合框架、IO/NIO、多线程并发（锁机制、线程池、CAS）、JVM（内存结构、GC 算法、调优）：
2.熟练使用 Spring Boot、Spring MVC、MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus，掌握 Spring Cloud（微服务场景：Nacos、Gateway、Feign、Sentinel）或 Spring Security/Spring OAuth2 鉴权;
3.精通 MySQ、达梦等数据库（索引优化、事务隔离级别、分库分表），熟悉 Redis（缓存策略、分布式锁、数据结构应用），了解 MongoDB/Elasticsearch（可选）；
4.熟练使用 Maven/Gradle、Git、Docker，掌握 Linux 常用命令，了解 Jenkins 持续集成 / 部署；
5.熟练 HTML5、CSS3（Flex/Grid 布局、响应式开发）、JavaScript（ES6+：箭头函数、Promise、async/await、模块化）；
6.熟练使用 Vue3（Composition API、Pinia、Vue Router）或 React（Hooks、Redux/Mobx），至少精通其一，了解两者差异与适用场景;

任职资格：
1、国家统招本科及以上学历，计算机、软件相关专业；
2、5年以上开发工作经验，3年以上软件项目实施管理经验，熟悉软件项目管理相关流程和规范；
3.具有一定沟通能力、思路清晰、有一定文档编写能力;
4.有电力行业项目开发经验优先。
