岗位职责：
1、制定各项总进度计划并进行跟踪，确保项目按时完成；
2、参与项目评审、技术方案、技术建议；
3、促进项目的推进，确保新项目按计划按时进入量产;
4、量产项目方案优化，主动推动方案实施以及问题解决和建议；
5、负责其它相关部门工作的推进、跟踪、协调及问题的处理；
6、建立、完善各类项目资料、数据的归档；
7、部分商务事项与客户的对接；
8、部门主管安排的其他事宜。

岗位要求：
1、自动化、计算机等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、5年以上生产制造型企业现场项目管理经验，有团队管理经验优先，有自动化设备或半导体设备项目的开发经验优先；
3、熟悉新产品开发流程；
4、熟悉使用office，项目管理等相关软件，优秀的PPT等报告能力；
5、具有较强的计划执行能力、协调能力和沟通能力。
