岗位描述：
1.负责完成公司药物分析部门建设、实验室管理和部门团队日常管理；
2.参与公司研发项目（中药、保健食品、药食同源食品）的整体规划、立项，组织新项目研发分析领域的调研及立项报告撰写；
3.制定已立项的研发项目的分析项目整体研究计划，指导分析项目的分析方法的建立和分析方法的验证，指导解决项目组中出现的关于分析的相关问题；
4.负责分审核析项目技术方案、质量标准、操作规程、报告、记录等，参与项目的注册申报资料的审查、评估等。
5.负责检验公司产品（中药、保健食品、药食同源食品）原料和辅料的入厂检验。
任职要求：
1.药学、化学、生物医学等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.熟悉药品研发、生产、质量等相关领域基本流程及工作内容，熟悉药品管理法、ICH指导原则、GMP、药典等相关法律法规；具有研发、生产工艺、质量管理等相关知识；
3.熟悉中药、保健食品、药食同源食品的分析技术，了解相关法规和指导原则；
4.具备深厚的药物分析理论知识和丰富的项目研发经验，具备良好的实验室操作能力，有药品食品检验经验；
