任职要求:
1. 学历与专业：本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业，持有HR相关职业资格证书者优先。
2. 工作经验：5年以上集团级HRBP工作经验，有大型集团多业务板块人力支撑经验者优先，熟悉人力全模块工作，具备独立解决复杂人力问题的能力。
3. 核心能力：具备极强的业务敏感度与战略思维，能快速对接业务需求；优秀的沟通协调、组织推动与问题解决能力；具备良好的抗压能力，责任心强。
4. 其他要求：熟悉国家及地方劳动法律法规，具备合规意识；具备优秀的书面与口头表达能力，能独立撰写人力相关方案、报告。
