岗位职责:
1、参与公司战略规划的制定与分解，制定PMC部门的战略与年度经营计划；
2、根据公司年度经营计划，统筹制定各产品年度产能规划与各项资源配置规划；
3、负责与业务部紧密联系，结合公司产品未来需求预测，及时动态调整各产品线产能；
4、负责提高物料周转效率，推动建立和完善原料、半品、成品的批次管理和先进先出管理；
5、规划与统筹PMC部整体工作事务，合理安排部门人员的工作，并进行培训、指导、监督和考核；
6、负责推动供应链和生产部门的持续改善和高效联动，持续寻求交期缩短，控制在制库存，提升客户满意度；
7、负责联动财务部门，推动公司整体库存周转率的规划与日常监督管控，负责呆滞物料的专项管理，推动呆滞物料的消耗；
8、主持生产协调会，对整个生产效率和情况进行统计汇报，组织协调各相关部门解决生产过程的各类异常情况，确保生产顺畅；
9、负责配合产品线推进内部各部门高效联动，保障产品线在人员、设备、场地、物料等方面的高质量响应，对部分特殊物料牵头战略备货；
10、负责统筹公司与外协厂生产计划事宜，提高产能和运作效率;；
11、定期组织推动公司PMC方面体系文件、制度、流程、表单的优化；
12、负责PMC团队管理，推动部门各岗位工作标准化的推进与监督落实。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，5年以上大型纺织业PMC工作经验优先考虑；
2、精通供应链管理体系与管理规范，善于从问题点提炼出系统层面的解决方法；
3、优秀的分析判断和决策能力，计划与执行能力，应变与危机处理能力；
4、具有强烈的责任心、主动性、团队精神、全局意识、成就导向，对公司忠诚；
5、性格沉稳、积极进取，有良好客户服务意识，沟通协调能力强。
