1、精通java后台开发，熟练掌握SpringMVC、SpringBoot、Mybatis等后台开发框架的使用及基本概念。
2、熟悉Mysql、Oracle、Redis等数据库开发设计、问题排查、调优技能。
3、熟悉git、svn版本管理工具。
4、熟悉hppt协议、socket协议，熟练使用ChromeDev、PostMan、Charles、Fidder等web调试抓包工具
5、熟悉ActiveMq、Kafka、RocketMq等消息中间件，了解使用场景。
6、熟悉linux环境的开发部署。
7、了解前端开发语言html、js、css。
8、能够熟练进行系统架构设计、产品业务分析，项目进度管理，团队建设，团队工作管理
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业；
2、2年以上Java开发经验，具备人力资源服务相关行业研发经验优先；
3、熟练掌握Spring boot、Spring cloud、Mybatis等框架，能够独立完成技术架构的搭建及架构的优化；
4、熟悉 SQL、NoSQL、缓存、消息通信、队列、异步框架、分布式等技术；
5、熟练掌握MySql、Oracle等主流数据库技术
