Java开发工程师任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上Java服务端开发经验，有高并发分布式系统设计经验者优先；
2、精通Java语言及JVM原理，熟练掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等主流框架，了解其核心机制；
3、熟悉MySQL数据库开发，掌握索引优化、SQL调优及事务处理，具备分库分表实践经验者优先；
4、熟练掌握面向对象设计和常用设计模式，具备大型业务系统模块设计和复杂业务逻辑抽象能力；
5、熟悉分布式架构及相关技术，如缓存（Redis）、消息队列（RocketMQ/Kafka）、搜索引擎（Elasticsearch）等；
6、具备电商ERP或供应链相关系统开发经验者优先，理解常见电商业务流程和数据模型；
7、代码结构清晰、命名规范，具备良好的技术文档习惯，能编写高质量技术方案和系统文档；
8、具备较强的逻辑思维和问题解决能力，能主动发现系统瓶颈并推动优化，有自我驱动和团队协作精神。
