岗位要求
1、项目与编码经验：至少参与过1个MES项目从0到1的完整模块开发；Java累计编码经验不少于2年（近3年内），同时掌握C#者优先。
2、数据库能力：能独立编写复杂SQL/PLSQL（包括存储过程、多表关联、性能优化），具备生产
环境故障排查与解决的实战案例。
3、MES工作占比：候选人日常工作中，MES相关开发任务占比需高于70%（若低于60%则不符合要求）。
4、出差要求：需接受长期出差，不接受者不予考虑。
行业经验说明：半导体及非半导体行业背景均可，但必须具有MES项目经验。
工作职责
1. 负责MES需求的设计、开发、测试及上线支持工作。
2. 负责客户现场的实施支持，如功能培训，问题解决，保障项目顺利推进。
3. 负责对系统进行优化，并解决系统故障，保证系统稳定运行;
4. 完成上级交办的其他事宜。
任职资格
1. 专科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业,3年以上工作经验；
2. 具备MES系统使用及开发经验，熟悉MES业务模型，具备独立开发功能和实施的能力
3. 精通JAVA和C#开发语言，熟悉SQL Server、Oracle、GAUSS中任一数据库；
4. 能熟练编写SQL、PL/SQL脚本；
5. 具备较强的自主学习能力、良好的沟通能力、团队精神、责任心。
6. 半导体行业优先考虑。
