In 2009, it received a delegation of international students dispatched by North Korea, where 40 North Korean students underwent a one-year training program in Cantonese cuisine preparation. After returning home in 2010, their culinary skills were highly praised by the country's party and government leaders. During the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games and the 10th Asian Para Games, over 400 of our teachers and students participated in catering services, earning unanimous acclaim from athletes, coaches, referees, and other staff from various countries, as well as high praise from Asian Games Organising Committee leaders. At the 26th World University Games held in Shenzhen, which carried the theme "Start Here, Make a Difference," our teachers and students continued to provide catering services, showcasing the profound Chinese culinary culture to international friends.
