岗位职责：
1、负责电路板的布局设计与布线工作输出打样及PCB相关生产文件输出工作，确保符合安全&电气性能和生产要求，确保设计可追溯性和可制造性；
2、建立并维护更新公司标准封装库及《PCB工艺设计规范》。
3、与硬件工程师、工艺工程师协作，完成原理图到PCB的转化及优化；
4、参与产品开发阶段的方案讨论，提供PCB设计方面的技术支持；
5、组织PCB设计的检查、评审；
6、负责PCB打样申请及立创SMT样板贴片上传及跟进工作。
招聘要求：
1、电子、通信类相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、3年以上专职PCB Layout工作经验，能看懂原理图，能独立完成PCB布局布板设计；
3、熟练使用立创、AD、PADS、Cadence、Allegro等EDA工具，精通器件库建库、器件封装及PCB板材设计选型标准，理解标准PCB设计规范；
4、高速数字信号PCB绘制经验、熟悉高精度小信号模拟电路PCB绘制、以及电源类PCB绘制，精通PCB layout中EMI和ESD问题的处理，了解家用及工业产品3C、CE、UL安规要求，有大功率电力电子产品Layout经验者优先；
5、了解PCB生产工艺，合理设计拼板方式，了解电子产品生产工艺流程，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
