岗位职责：
1、负责财务ERP系统核心模块的后端设计与开发，具体涵盖总账管理、应收应付管理、成本核算、固定资产管理、资金管理等业务功能；
2、基于Java技术栈进行系统架构搭建与优化，负责核心接口设计、数据库建模及系统性能调优，确保高可用性；
3、深入对接财务业务团队，理解复杂的财务业务流程，并将业务需求转化为可落地的技术方案；
4、参与系统集成工作，负责对接第三方系统，实现数据互通与业务流程自动化；
5、编写高质量的技术文档，参与代码评审，维护代码质量与系统稳定性；

任职要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业；
2、3年以上Java后端开发经验，具备扎实的Java基础；
3、熟练掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等主流开发框架，熟悉微服务架构设计与实践；
4、精通关系型数据库（MySQL、Oracle），具备扎实的SQL编写能力，有丰富的数据库建模和SQL性能调优经验；
5、熟悉常用中间件技术，如Redis缓存、消息队列（RabbitMQ/Kafka）等；
6、熟练使用Maven/Gradle构建工具，熟悉Git版本控制及Linux常用命令；
7、具有财务ERP系统开发经验，或有财务系统对接、税务系统开发经验者优先考虑；
8、具备良好的编码习惯、逻辑思维能力及跨部门沟通协作能力
