任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Java开发经验，至少2年以上大型系统架构设计和团队管理经验；
2.精通Java编程语言，深入理解JVM原理、内存模型、并发编程，熟练掌握Java 8及以上新特性；
3.精通Spring Cloud、Dubbo等微服务框架，深入理解微服务架构设计原则，具备复杂分布式系统的架构设计、性能优化和问题排查能力；
4.精通MySQL、Redis、MongoDB等多种数据存储技术，具备丰富的数据库分库分表、缓存设计和优化经验；
5.熟悉消息队列（RabbitMQ、RocketMQ、Kafka）、搜索引擎（Elasticsearch）等中间件的原理和应用；
6.具备云原生相关技术（Docker、K8s）使用经验，了解大数据、人工智能相关技术者优先；
7.具备卓越的技术视野和创新能力，能快速跟进行业技术趋势，并有能力将新技术落地到实际项目中；
8.具备优秀的团队领导能力、沟通协调能力、问题解决能力和抗压能力，责任心强；
9.有高并发交易系统开发经验者优先。
