一、主要工作职责：
1、功能安全流程：负责在公司内部推行和维护符合ISO 26262标准的功能安全开发流程，确保项目开发过程符合功能安全要求。
2、安全生命周期管理：主导或参与制定项目功能安全计划，并负责跟踪与落实，确保各阶段交付物按时完成。
3、技术文档与交付物管理：负责创建、维护和管理功能安全相关的核心文档，如：TSC、DIA、TSR 等。确保所有功能安全开发过程输出物的完整性和质量。
4、协同硬件、软件和系统团队，检查系统、硬件及软件设计是否符合既定的功能安全需求，确保技术方案能有效实现安全目标。
5、与客户的功能安全工程师进行对接，明确客户需求，沟通技术方案，并完成相关确认。
6、开发过程中配合第三方评估机构进行功能安全审计与评估。
7、支持与培训：为项目团队提供功能安全标准、方法论及*佳实践的培训与技术支持。

二、任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，电子工程、自动化、车辆工程、计算机科学等相关专业。拥有3年及以上汽车电子行业研发经验。
2、技术背景（满足以下任一即可）：
a、具有汽车电子硬件开发经验，熟悉硬件电路设计、元器件选型、硬件可靠性设计等。
b、具有系统需求开发、系统架构设计经验，熟悉V模型开发流程。
3、熟悉ISO26262标准，了解功能安全的基本概念、开发流程和各阶段核心工作。
4、优先考虑条件：
a. 有涉及功能安全产品开发经验者优先。
b. 有与第三方功能安全评估机构合作并成功通过审计的经验。
c.完整参与过至少一个符合ISO26262标准的量产项目开发全流程。
