一、岗位职责：
1、跟踪，分析和总结客户品质异常，主导内部进行质量改善活动；
2、客户对于质量的相关信息文件，沟通过滤后下发工厂执行落实，处理工厂端的质量相关异常；
3、客户投诉，客户异常反馈处理，8D报告回复；
4、参与客户或主导客户产品&制程审核，能及时准确的提供审核所需材料，跟踪审核不合格项直至关闭；
5、日常品质客户来访的接待和安排；
6、对产线或来料不良确认及不良封存，更新异常处理进度及改善报告；
7、处理供应商来厂处理问题的工作安排及返工监督；
8、检验规范修改及相应SOP制作；
9、不良退料确认，确认LOT不良、特采上线挑选不良以及是否是材料不良；
10、定期分析供应商来料品质状况并反馈跟踪其改善；
11、上级安排的其它工作事项。

二、任职资格：
1、电子或机械类相关专业，在汽车电子行业工作过3年以上者优先；
2、精通所有原材料特性，原材料的检验方法及检验标准;
3、精通供应商考核与管理和新供应商导入，对供应商的现场审核、APQP、PPAP有实际实施经验。
