2. 8年以上采购与供应链管理经验，5年以上电子行业采购总监经历，熟悉半导体领域者优先。
3. 精通采购全流程管理，具备丰富供应商资源与优秀商务谈判能力，熟悉ERP系统。
4. 具备较强成本意识、风险管控能力，擅长数据驱动决策，能应对市场波动影响。
5. 结果导向，抗压能力强，具备优秀领导力与跨部门沟通协作能力。
