任职要求
1. 熟练使用Python；熟悉 Linux 开发环境和shell、Docker、K8s
2. 具备生成式AI应用项目开发经验，熟悉 RAG 技术、AI Agent的应用和调优
3. 熟悉常用的后端技术栈，具备 Web 应用项目开发经验
4. 能适应短期出差
