岗位职责：
1、参与项目技术方案的制定和实施，完成功能需求的架构设计、详细设计等工作；
2、指导、协调开发人员的工作并提供技术指导，协助提升团队整体技术实力；
3、完成核心/重要模块的设计、编码、及相关文档；
4、对系统代码进行审查，保障代码质量，确保系统稳定可靠；
5、解决项目开发的关键问题和技术难题；
6、关注前沿技术和*佳实践方案，改进开发流程或调整现有产品和项目的技术架构；
技能要求：
1、3年以上 Java 开发经验，精通 Java 及面向对象设计开发，熟练应用J2EE的相关开发技术, 有分布式高并发互联网项目经验优先；
2、具有良好的系统分析与设计能力，有架构高层设计思想，平台设计概念；
3、精通重构技术和设计模式，能对系统进行合理化重构；
4、熟悉spring、spring mvc、mybatis、shiro等常用后端开发框架，并能独立搭建相关项目架构；
5、熟悉spring boot原理、dubbo运行原理、JVM相关原理及spring cloud技术栈的使用经验，优先考虑；
6、精通常用数据库Oracle、MySQL，熟练使用SQL语句，能够进行SQL性能调优；
7、具有良好的逻辑思维能力和问题分析、判断、解决能力，具有良好的沟通能力、需求理解能力和团队合作精神。
