任职要求
1. 统招本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，5年以上Unity开发经验。
2. 精通C编程语言与Unity引擎生态，熟悉UGUI、粒子系统、AssetBundle等核心模块的底层实现。
3. 具备ShaderLab、HLSL编程能力，能独立完成复杂视觉效果的开发与优化。
4. 拥有至少1个完整的跨平台（PC/移动端/VR）项目开发经验，能独立解决性能瓶颈问题。
5. 具备良好的问题分析能力与技术攻坚精神，能快速定位并解决项目中的技术难点。
