岗位职责：岗位职责：
1、负责SAAS平台和微服务架构设计与技术选型，主导后端核心模块开发，保障系统高可用、可扩展；
2、基于Java技术栈构建微服务体系，设计API接口，优化服务性能与数据库查询效率；
3、管理研发团队，制定研发计划，拆分任务并跟踪进度，确保项目按时交付；
4、参与需求分析与技术方案评审；
5、关注行业技术动态，引入新技术（如容器化、云原生）优化现有架构，支撑业务快速迭代。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Java开发经验，3年以上微服务架构实战经验；
2、精通Spring Cloud Alibaba/Dubbo等微服务框架，熟悉分布式事务、服务治理及监控体系
3、具备SAAS产品开发经验，熟悉多租户架构设计、权限管理及数据隔离方案；
4、2年以上研发团队管理经验，具备项目进度管控、资源协调及团队激励能力，有敏捷开发实践经验；
5、熟悉数据库（MySQL/Oracle）、中间件（Redis、Elasticsearch）及CI/CD流程（Jenkins/Docker），有高并发系统设计经验者优先。
6、有图数据库实践者优先。
