2. 仓储运营管理
- 全面负责仓库日常运营，提升收货、上架、拣货、包装、发货等环节的效率与质量
- 优化仓库布局与作业流程，管理库存准确性、周转率、订单履行准确率等关键指标
- 设计弹性仓储方案，应对销售波动，避免爆仓风险
3. 流程优化与体系建设
- 建立物流全链路可视化监控体系，实施异常预警与根因分析机制
- 梳理并优化跨部门协同流程，改善物流、仓储、采购、销售间的信息流通与决策效率
- 主导物流与仓储相关SOP制定、更新与执行监督
4. 业务协同与成本管控
- 紧密协同销售部门，参与需求预测流程，支持新品上市与促销活动的物流保障
- 协同采购部门优化采购计划，整合小批量订单，降低采购复杂度
- 制定物流费用预算与月度预测，严格控制物流成本在目标范围内
5. 团队管理与能力建设
- 负责物流与仓储团队的日常管理、绩效考核与专业能力提升
- 培养团队数据驱动意识与问题解决能力，建立持续改进文化
任职要求：
1. 3年以上跨境电商物流管理经验，精通跨境物流全链路运营与欧美渠道资源；
2. 具备仓储优化实战经验，能有效解决爆仓、库存周转等问题；
3. 擅长物流成本管控与数据分析，具有供应商管理及谈判能力；
4. 具备优秀的跨部门协作能力，能推动流程优化与系统改进；
5. 结果导向，能适应快节奏的跨境电商环境。
