任职要求：
1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息技术或相关领域优先。
大规模系统经验：具有参与大规模对客交易系统开发或维护的经验，能将此经验应用于企业内部管理系统的优化和维护中。
2、一线应用运维支持：作为前端技术接口人，负责解答和处理用户在日常使用系统中遇到的各类操作问题、流程异常和数据查询需求，提供即时技术支持。
3、低代码/无代码开发能力：利用云函数等低代码/无代码工具，快速实现如数据校验、通知提醒、简单接口对接等浅层二次开发需求。能基于系统底层服务进行开发。对Python编程有深入理解，能在需要时编写自定义脚本提升工作效率。
4、系统部署与运维：熟悉Docker、K8S基础操作，能独立完成HCM系统的容器化部署、升级和回滚。熟悉GaussDB数据库的安装、配置、备份恢复和性能优化。了解Redis、Celery等中间件的部署、监控和故障排查。
