工作职责
1.负责智能座舱核心应用（Launcher、场景广场、Settings 等）的方案设计、编码实现与全生命周期维护，能独立完成完整 APP 的开发与迭代；
2.对接系统团队封装接口，实现 APP 与车载硬件的应用层交互逻辑；
3.参与产品性能、稳定性等体验优化工作，优化座舱 APP 的启动速度、内存、流畅度，独立排查应用层故障（卡顿、ANR 等）；
4.输出技术文档，配合跨团队完成功能验证与问题闭环。
任职要求
1.3 年 + Android 应用层开发经验，2 年 + 座舱 / 车机应用开发经验（有相关经验者优先）；
2.精通 Java/Kotlin，深入理解 Android Framework 应用层机制（Binder/IPC/AMS、组件生命周期、UI 渲染、多线程同步），能独立解决应用层复杂问题；
3.熟练掌握 JetPack/Compose、Retrofit 等 Android 应用开发框架，熟悉 MVVM 等设计模型；
4.具备JNI/NDK基础优先，能对接车载Native层SDK完成应用层交互；
5.具备良好的跨团队推动能力，能主导技术方案落地，同时拥有良好的代码规范与工程化能力。
加分项
1.了解 LLM Agent、多模态交互等前沿技术，有移动端 / 应用端落地
2.了解 TensorFlow Lite/SNPE 等推理框架，或有大模型端侧部署经验
3.熟悉 RESTful API/WebSocket 通信，有复杂后端交互场景开发经验
