4、具备扎实的java编程基础，熟练掌握spring，springMVC，mybatis，springBoot等开源框架；

5、具备良好的数据库基础，能独立进行数据库模型设计，熟练使用主流数据库；

6、有良好的编码开发习惯，思路清晰严谨，持续学习的能力和自我提升的意识；

7、对工作有高度责任感，有良好的沟通、协作能力、团队合作意识、能承受一定的工作压力。
