岗位职责
1、负责公司 EHS 管理：安全生产、消防、职业健康、环保、危废 / 化学品管理，落实安全制度、隐患排查、整改跟踪。
2、负责 6S 推进与管理：整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全，现场稽核、改善推动、评比与标准化落地。
3、组织安全 / 6S 培训、新员工安全培训、应急演练（消防、触电、化学品泄漏等）。
4、现场巡检：识别安全风险、6S 问题、违章作业，下达整改并追踪闭环。
5、负责安全台账、消防设施点检、环保合规、现场标识规划与维护。
6、推动现场改善，提升车间规范度、安全度与目视化管理水平。
7、领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求
1、本科，安全工程、环境工程、机电或相关专业优先。
2、三年制造业 EHS 及 6S 推进经验，熟悉安全管理、消防、职业健康、危废管理、6S 体系。
3、光通讯 / 无尘车间经验优先；持安全管理员证 / 消防证优先。
4、原则性强、沟通敢管、执行力强，会写报告、做培训、做改善。
5、强链接生产现场，责任心强，抗压能力强。
