customer quality engineer jobs (salary & requirements)

Your tasks：
● Interpret specifications fproducts to determine performance requirements to meet and/exceed customer expectations.
● Participate in Failure Modes Effect Analysis (FMEA), Production Validation (PV) process launch teams.
● Assess effectiveness of plant-wide quality systems including training fongoing improvements.
● Implement maintain quality systems.
● Work closely with customer representatives ensure that majcustomer complaints are resolved.
● Customer touch points collection, pass on to process engineers to have control fit, lesson learned collection.
● Apply verbal written communications skills in periodic special reports/presentations both internally with customers.
● Analyze data to detect quality problems recommend corrective action.
● Conduct develop preventative programs to reduce defects in majquality control areas.
● Analytical problem solving, team building, decision-making skills.
● Conduct process audit & D audit.
● Conduct G54 audit to ensure the new product launch successfully.
● Follow company HSE rules report unsafe hazards issues to HSE in time.
● To complete the task that given by leader.
Your profile：
● 3-5 years manufacturing experience. Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical equivalent academic credentials.
● Bilingual in Chinese English.
● Analytical problem solving, team building, decision-making skills
● Outspoken personality, good interpersonal team player skills.
● Knowledge of quality standards such as TS16949.
● 6 Sigma experience equivalent.
● Experience with automotive quality-related activities such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE) FMEA.
● Good health, non-achromatopsia, non-colweakness, remedy eyesight above 1.0
● Good communication, interpersonal skills.
