- 构建高效的资源调度和管理系统，优化GPU计算资源的利用率，确保平台的高性能和可扩展性
- 设计面向其他投研用户的 REST API 与 SDK，确保其调用能力与产出可复现
- 支持开发与生产环境的部署管理和数据备份，保障平台稳定运行与效率提升

任职要求：
- 国内外知名院校计算机/软件工程/自动化相关专业背景，硕士及以上学历
- 3-5 年量化平台或研究工具开发经验，熟悉金融数据，有实盘支持经验
- 扎实的编程技术，精通python，熟悉Java/C++/Go等至少一种编程语言
- 具备丰富的故障定位和诊断经验，能够快速识别和解决问题
- 熟悉 Docker、Git、任务调度框架（如 Prefect/Celery），具备运维与部署能力
- 理解因子-模型-策略的基本原理，能与研究员有效沟通与配合
