岗位职责：
参与企业中台技术体系的规划、设计与研发，构建高可用、高性能的基础服务能力（如微服务框架、分布式中间件、API网关、配置中心、监控系统等）；
负责中台核心组件的开发与优化，包括但不限于分布式系统、服务治理、数据一致性、容灾容错等关键领域；
设计并实现通用化、平台化的技术解决方案，支持业务线快速接入和扩展，提升研发效率与系统稳定性；
深入优化中台服务的性能、可靠性和扩展性，解决高并发、大数据量场景下的技术挑战；
推动中台技术标准化落地，编写技术文档并赋能业务团队，促进技术复用与知识沉淀。

任职要求：
分布式系统开发（微服务架构、服务网格、RPC框架等）；
中间件开发（消息队列、缓存、数据库中间件、任务调度等）；
云原生技术栈（Kubernetes、Docker、Service Mesh）；
稳定性保障（全链路监控、限流降级、灰度发布、容灾演练）；
计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上后端开发经验，熟悉Java/Go/C++至少一种语言；
深入理解分布式系统原理，熟悉CAP理论、一致性算法（如Raft/Paxos）、分布式事务等；
熟悉微服务架构（Spring Cloud/Dubbo/gRPC等）及服务治理相关技术（熔断、限流、服务发现）；
熟悉主流中间件（如Kafka、Redis、Zookeeper、ETCD、Nacos等）的设计与使用场景；
具备高并发、高可用系统设计经验，熟悉性能调优、故障排查与解决。
