一、岗位职责
1. 协助全面统筹公司环境、职业健康、安全管理工作，搭建并完善ISO45001职业健康安全管理体系、ISO14001环境管理体系，推动体系有效落地运行。
2. 参与生产全流程风险辨识与隐患排查，制定风险管控措施，跟踪隐患整改闭环，落实双重预防机制建设。
3. 负责公司危化品全流程合规管理，规范危化品采购、存储、使用、转运及废弃处置流程，严控防火、防爆、防静电、防雷安全风险。
4. 协助办理环保、安全相关行政审批手续，包括排污许可、安全标准化、三同时验收、应急预案备案等，对接应急管理、生态环境、消防等政府监管部门，配合各类检查、审计及验厂工作。
5. 组织开展全员EHS培训、三级安全教育、特种作业人员培训及应急演练，完善培训档案与台账，提升全员安全环保意识与应急处置能力。
6. 统筹废水、废气、粉尘、危废等环保治理设施日常运维监管，确保污染物达标排放，规范环保台账、危废转移联单等资料管理。
7. 协助处理EHS突发事件、安全事故，开展事故调查、原因分析，制定整改与预防措施，及时上报相关部门。
8. 完善公司EHS管理制度、操作规程、应急预案，定期开展合规性评价，更新行业法律法规库，保障公司EHS工作合规合法。
9. 完成上级交办的其他EHS管理相关工作。
二、任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、化工工程、应急管理等相关专业优先。
2. 10年及以上EHS管理工作经验，有锂电生产厂区EHS实操经验者优先。
3. 熟悉国家及地方EHS相关法律法规、标准规范，掌握锂电行业危化品管理、环保管控、消防防爆核心要求。
4. 具备体系搭建、台账管理、培训演练、政府对接、隐患排查治理等实操能力，能独立处理日常EHS管理事务。
5. 持有注册安全工程师（化工/其他安全专业）、ISO体系内审员证等相关资质证书者优先。
6. 具备较强的沟通协调、跨部门推动能力，工作责任心强、原则性强，具备良好的抗压能力与问题解决能力。
