岗位职责：
1、负责公司Python相关业务系统的设计、开发、编码、测试及维护，确保系统功能完善、性能稳定、代码规范。
2、根据产品需求文档，梳理开发需求，制定技术实现方案，编写高质量、可复用、可扩展的Python代码。
3、负责Python后端接口开发、接口优化，配合前端开发人员完成前后端联调，保障接口响应速度及稳定性。
参与系统需求分析、技术评审，提出合理的技术优化建议，推动系统架构迭代升级。
4、负责排查系统中的bug，解决开发及运行过程中的技术问题，持续优化系统性能、提升用户体验。
配合测试人员完成系统测试，修复测试反馈的问题，参与项目上线部署及后续运维支持。
5、关注Python领域新技术、新框架，结合业务需求进行技术调研与应用，提升开发效率和系统质量。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，1-3年及以上Python开发工作经验，有完整项目开发及上线经验者优先。
2、精通Python语言基础，熟练掌握常用Python框架（Django、Flask、FastAPI等），能独立完成后端系统开发。
3、熟悉MySQL、PostgreSQL等关系型数据库，掌握SQL语句编写、数据库优化技巧；了解Redis、MongoDB等非关系型数据库者优先。
4、熟悉RESTful API设计规范，掌握前后端数据交互原理，能配合前端完成联调工作。
5、了解常用的开发工具（Git、PyCharm等），熟悉版本控制流程，具备良好的代码编写规范和文档编写习惯。
6、具备较强的逻辑思维能力、问题分析和解决能力，能独立应对开发过程中的技术难题。
工作积极主动，具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作精神和学习能力，能承受一定的工作压力。
有爬虫开发、数据分析、自动化脚本开发经验者优先。
