公司创建于2006年10月，从8亩土地，56台小剑杆织机开始创业，现有土地面积55亩，厂房面积7.3万平方米，有喷气织机490台，员工500人，固定资产4亿元。
2022年4月，公司实施技改项目，利用原有用地 55亩，拆除原有厂房面积9000平方米，新建一栋四层厂房，占地面积10656平方米，建筑面积 40450平方米。购置先进的必佳乐喷气织机、津田驹浆纱机等先进设备，总投资 29120万元，建设完成后，形成年产5000万米高档纯棉弹力面料生产能力。
公司主要生产各种规格的白坏布、色布，以内销为主，少部分外销。原材料采购以外为主，内为辅。综合分类评价连续多年被评为 A类企业，2025年实现产值6亿元，税收超千万元。
