岗位职责：

任职要求：
1.重点本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业5年以上工作经验；
2.有大型分布式系统全链路开发经验，至少主导过1款中大型系统的架构设计；
3.熟悉Spring Cloud Alibaba微服务架构、分布式事务（如Seata）、消息队列（如Kafka/RabbitMQ）
4.掌握MySQL、Redis、Elasticsearch等数据库与缓存技术，具备SQL优化能力
5.有容器化（Docker/K8s）、云原生经验，熟悉敏捷开发流程（Scrum/DevOps）
6.熟悉AI工程化（如模型服务化、特征工程）或大数据技术（Hadoop/Spark）
7.对分布式系统负载均衡、高可用机制、消息服务、缓存服务等有深入理解
8.责任心强，能在高压下高效决策，推动团队达成目标
