岗位职责
1. 负责核心业务系统或数据平台的后端设计与开发，确保高性能、高可用性与可扩展性。
2. 参与架构设计与技术选型，推动系统优化、模块解耦与性能提升。
3. 编写高质量、可维护、模块化的 Python 代码，遵循代码规范与实践。
4. 深入参与 API 设计与实现，熟悉 RESTful、GraphQL 或 gRPC 接口设计
5. 与前端、数据、DevOps 团队密切协作，推动持续集成与自动化部署（CI/CD）。
6. 参与代码评审（Code Review）和单元测试（Unit Test），保证系统稳定性和可维护性。
7. 对复杂问题进行性能分析、调优及故障排查，提出系统改进方案。
任职要求
1. 计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备 5 年以上 Python 后端开发经验。
2. 具有多个0到1的机器学习 / 数据分析的架构经验
3. 精通 Python 主流框架，如 FastAPI、Flask、Django等，并了解其底层机制。
4. 精通异步编程（asyncio、aiohttp）、多线程、多进程模型。
5. 精通常见数据库（PostgreSQL、MySQL、Redis）
6. 熟悉消息队列和分布式系统组件（Kafka、RabbitMQ）。
7. 熟悉容器化与微服务架构（Docker / Kubernetes）。
8. 熟悉 Linux 环境与 Shell 脚本，有 DevOps 意识，了解 CI/CD 流程（Jenkins、GitHub Actions）。
9. 熟悉数据工程（ETL / Airflow / Spark / Snowflake）经验。
10. 有较强的系统设计能力与数据结构、算法基础。
11. 具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神与问题解决能力。
