岗位职责：
1、供应商开发与招标管理：负责新供应商的开发拓展，将符合要求的新供应商纳入海尔招标平台，组织参与投标流程。
2、合同全周期跟进：统筹采购相关合同的跟进工作，包括质量协议签订、年度合同履约推进、零件价格清单确认与更新，确保各类合同文件规范、有效执行。
3、需求协同与技术验证：确定合作供应商后，牵头联动需求部门与供应商对接，推进样品送样流程，并组织开展技术验证工作；全程保持与供应商的高效沟通，保障验证环节顺畅推进。
4、供应商问题协调处理：当供应商出现交付延迟、产品质量不合格等问题时，作为核心牵头方，协调多方资源推动问题解决。
5、供应商货款结算管理：依据合同约定的结算条款，梳理供应商货款结算安排，跟进结算进度，确保货款结算工作合规、按时完成。
6、SAP 系统操作维护：负责 SAP 系统的采购相关维护工作，具体包括新零件信息录入、零件单价更新、供应商份额分配调整、SA 订单创建与维护，保障系统数据准确、满足采购业务需求。
7、成本节约分析报告编制：定期完成意大利区域的成本节约分析报告，按要求输出月度、年度报告。
8、项目进度汇报与协同：每周参与青岛总部组织的 TEAM 会议，系统汇报各项采购项目的工作进度、推进情况及待协调问题，确保跨区域协同高效。
9、供应商对账协调：当供应商与 GSSC（全球共享服务中心）对账过程中出现价格不一致问题时，牵头协调双方核实差异、明确原因，推动对账争议高效解决，保障对账工作顺利完成。
岗位要求：
1、学历背景：本科及以上学历，优先考虑国内一本院校。
2、如候选人非采购从业者，若具备成本管理相关工作经验，可结合其经验深度与岗位匹配度综合评估，同样纳入考虑。
3、语言能力：具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，可将英语作为工作语言。
4、办公与数据分析能力：熟练掌握 Excel 办公软件，能运用函数公式、数据透视表等功能进行采购成本数据的整理与分析，为工作决策提供支撑。
5、需接受青岛海尔总部工作优先考虑。
