工作职责：
1. 负责化学实验室及化学生产环境的EHS管理体系搭建与持续优化，制定化学品储存、使用及废弃处置的专项安全规范。
2. 主导化学工艺风险评估，识别生产过程中的潜在危险，制定针对性防控措施并推动落地。
3. 组织化学品安全、实验操作规范等专项培训，定期开展泄漏、火灾等应急演练，提升全员应急处置能力。
4. 监督化学实验室及生产现场的日常安全巡检，跟踪隐患整改闭环，确保符合国家危险化学品安全管理法规。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，安全工程、化学工程或环境工程等相关专业。
2. 具备3年以上化学实验室或化学生产企业EHS管理经验，熟悉GB13690、GB/T 29639等化学品安全标准。
3. 持有注册安全工程师证书（化工类优先），掌握化学危险品分类、MSDS编制及风险评估方法。
4. 具备较强的现场问题解决能力，能独立处理化学泄漏、灼伤等突发安全事件。
