1、负责面板背板模拟电路相关的评估及设计优化；
2、负责显示面板行业驱动背板的行业现状、前景及发展方向的资料搜集整合和预先研究；
3、负责对新款IC的性能、功能、设计方案等事项进行评估工作，并输出评估报告；
4、负责显示背板Source设计；
5、协助制定芯片SPEC，进行IC测试与验证；
6、协助应用工程师，现场应用工程师解决客户及其他应用问题等。
任职资格：
1、硕士及以上学历，电子、微电子、集成电路等相关专业；
2、具有cmos实际开发项目落地经验，熟悉模拟电路方向的模块设计；
3、熟练使用Cadence Spectre、hspice、spectre等设计仿真工具；
4、具备规划layout floplan的能力；
5、具有良好的英文文献阅读及总结能力；
6、熟悉数模混合电路开发，了解ADC、DAC电路设计，具有显示驱动背板IC开发经验者优先；
7、认真负责，主动积极，细致严谨；具备良好的团队合作能力，沟通能力，学习能力及问题分析处理能力。
