任职要求
1. 教育背景
· 电子工程、电路与系统、微电子、光电工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. 技术能力
· 扎实的电路设计基础，熟悉模拟/数字电路、PCB设计、信号完整性分析。
· 具备microLED、LED显示或半导体光电器件相关技术经验，了解其驱动原理、封装及测试方法。
· 熟练使用示波器、电源、信号发生器等测试仪器，具备硬件调试能力。
· 熟悉常见接口协议（如I2C、SPI、LVDS等）及嵌入式系统基础者优先。
3. 经验要求
· 3年以上FAE、硬件工程师或电路应用支持相关经验，有显示行业（MicroLED/MiniLED/OLED）背景者优先。
· 具备客户现场支持经验，能独立处理技术问题。
4. 软技能
· 优秀的沟通能力与客户服务意识，能清晰传递技术方案。
