岗位职责：
1. 负责产品研发与科研项目中的信号处理算法的研发（主要为负责光谱数据的处理、生成、识别、分析等算法的开发，并在相关平台实现产品化）；
2. 负责算法功能需求的对接，现场测试与修改优化；
3. 查阅及复现已有论文算法，设计及实现原创算法；
4. 参与产品研发与科研项目中涉及的系统调试和测试；
5. 负责与软件工程师配合，协助完成算法的工程化实现；
6. 撰写需求分析文档，输出需求规格书、产品设计原型方案；
7. 其他产品研发与科研项目相关的技术支撑工作。
任职要求：
1. 本科+3年以上气体传感器研发工作经验，数学、物理学、计算机、信息科学、模式识别、光学、仪器仪表或其他相关交叉学科专业；
2. 有扎实的数学及专业基础、编程基础，熟练掌握C/C++、Python或MATLAB等至少一门编程语言；
3. 有较强的计算背景，能够针对光学数据进行模拟和计算分析；
4. 能够独立完成项目的早期对接，需求对接；
5. 熟悉降噪、基线校正、峰位检测等各类常见谱图处理算法；
6. 有痕量气体传感器等科学仪器项目背景者优先；
7. 有较强的逻辑思维能力和分析问题能力，快速学习能力及良好的沟通与合作能力；
