岗位职责：
1、负责模拟训练场景内特效设计制作工作：技能特效、场景特效、UI特效、功能建筑、Loading特效、道具特效等；
2、优化设计方案，确保客户端及web端运行性能；
3、能和策划、UI设计师及程序员密切合作,保证美术资源能符合项目的美术和技术要求。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，美术相关专业，三年以上技能特效设计工作经验；
2、熟悉c#或JavaScript；
3、熟悉Unity3D引擎架构设计，熟练使用Unity3D制作场景、UI及脚本，有至少一款完成项目制作经验；
4、能熟练运用Spine、AE、PS、粒子编辑器、Unity3D等软件；
5、至少会一款3D建模软件，3D MAX、MAYA、C4D、Blender、zbrush、substance painter 等；
6、数学和图形学基础扎实，熟悉Direct3D或OpenGL；
7、对色彩，打击感，动势，节奏和形状有敏感的认知，对特效有较深的理解能力和想象力，熟练掌握动画运动规律；
8、具备良好的合作精神，有较强的责任心和沟通能力，能承受一定工作压力；
9、可接收出差和项目驻场工作者优先；
10、有军事推演项目经验者优先。
