岗位职责：
1. 负责公司机器人产品在政府、公安、银行、教育、医疗、文旅等行业大客户的市场拓展与销售工作；
2. 深度挖掘政府项目机会，主导政府招投标流程，包括项目立项、方案制定、预算申报、投标文件撰写及答辩；
3. 建立并维护与地方政府、产业园区、科研机构、国企央企等关键客户的长期合作关系；
4. 协同技术、产品、解决方案团队，针对政府/行业客户需求，制定定制化解决方案，推动项目落地；
5. 跟踪国家及地方机器人产业政策，参与政府项目申报、资质申请、试点示范等工作；

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、自动化、人工智能、计算机、机械工程等相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年以上政府或大客户销售经验，有机器人、人工智能、智能制造、教育信息化等行业背景者优先；
3. 熟悉政府采购流程、招投标机制，有独立主导政府项目经验者优先；
4. 具备较强的商务谈判能力、项目推进能力和跨部门协调能力；
5. 具备良好的政府沟通能力，有南京市或江苏省政府资源者优先；
6. 能适应短期出差，抗压能力强，具备较强的目标导向意识。

加分项：
1.熟悉人形机器人、具身智能、服务机器人等产品及其应用场景；
2.有参与国家/省级科技项目、机器人试点示范、智能城市建设经验；
3.有政府项目申报、专项资金申请、政策补贴落地经验。
