岗位职责:
1．交付及展览展示支持：支持机器人项目前期客户需求调研，部署方案制订，机器人到达现场后负责部署和调测，客户培训和验收，确保机器人产品或者方案在客户项目中的顺利落地。展览活动及展会项目现场支持，保障活动及展会顺利进行。
2．技术培训及支持：为客户及合作伙伴提供远程支持及技术培训，帮助客户或者伙伴针对机器人的问题定位和解决，必要情况下到现场解决关键问题。
3．合作伙伴培养：指导合作伙伴含代理商在具体项目上的技术支持，帮助其建立独立技术服务能力。
4．售后维护支持：前期会承接部分售后维护的工作，远程/现场负责客户现场机器人的故障处理及维修。
5.文档整理:负责机器人交付/维护经验、共性问题的归纳总结，输出标准化文档资料，提高支持效率。

岗位要求:
1．计算机、电子、通信等相关领域本科及以上学位。
2. 熟悉 Python, Shell 等脚本语言尤佳;
3．熟悉 Linux 常用的工具指令，了解 ROS2，有机器人、自动驾驶行业相关经验者优先；
4.有较强的动手及实践能力。
5.学习能力强，善于思考，良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
6.能适应较频繁短期出差工作。
7.合同签约主体是深圳总部，Base上海，社保可以选择交在上海或者深圳。
