岗位职责：
1、参与信贷项目的需求功能设计、开发工作。
2、根据项目需求，承担核心功能的开发任务，按质量完成任务目标；
3、参与需求调研，理解需求，并负责技术方案的编写；
4、配合项目经理，制定项目计划，并解决开发、测试过程中的关键问题和技术难点；
5、审核代码质量，并协助解决疑难问题；
任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年及以上JAVA开发经验，熟练使用Mybatis，SpringCloud技术体系，SpringMVC等框架；
2、熟悉关系、非关系型数据库的使用，了解基本的设计、优化原则；
3、熟悉 Linux 的使用和管理，了解操作系统相关知识；
4、逻辑思维清晰缜密，具备良好的分析、解决问题的能力；
5、具备良好的灵活性，对新知识、新领域能快速学习、实践；
6、具备金融行业工作经验优先；
7、有银行信贷系统项目经验优先；
技能技巧：
1、熟悉银行信贷业务、流程
2、熟悉Java、Spring、Mysql、Springboot、SpringCloud、Mybatis、MySQL
3、熟悉 Linux 操作
4、具备系统调优、性能调优等技能，对疑难技术问题具备较强的排查能力；
