5、熟悉分布式系统、分布式事务、微服务架构、缓存、消息队列等技术，并有实际项目经验。
6、具备医药、医疗行业从业经验优先。
7、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情。
8、良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够主动承担压力，具备快速学习能力；这点很重要。
