4、熟悉机械标准件，气动元件，电机，电缸，齿轮，丝杠等的选型，熟悉金属、非金属材料加工工艺，表面处理等；
5、具有团队合作精神以及较强的沟通表达能力，能适应出差及项目责任制模式，具备较强的抗压能力，有团队带领经验及项目管理能力者优先考虑。
