职责描述：
1、负责电网侧（新能源）相关成套设备、系统、项目的方案设计。
2、针对项目和客户的特殊需求，快速设计非标定制方案，满足客户个性化的储能需求。
3、负责相关新能源成套设备、系统、项目的售前、售中、售后支持。
4、定期收集储能市场信息，关注行业动态和技术发展趋势，分析竞品解决方案，为公司产品和方案的优化提供依据。
5、指导并协助方案落地的厂内验证、现场测试、第三方实验工作。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，电力、电气、软件等相关专业；
2、有3年以上储能PCS软、硬件设计相关工作经验，包括主回路关键器件的选型和设计，以及控制电路的设计‌；
3、有较好的沟通以及协调能力；
4、能够独立分析和解决储能系统在方案设计、项目实施和运行过程中出现的各种技术问题，具备较强的故障诊断和排除能力。
