3、熟练使用Spring、SpringBoot等开源框架；至少熟悉其中一款数据库开源框架，比如ibatis、mybatis、hibernate等；
4、熟悉数据库，比如mysql，oracle、sqlserver等，熟悉数据库原理，能编写复杂SQL完成数据库操作，掌握索引、数据表分区等技术；
5、熟悉Linux操作系统,可以熟练使用常用的Linux命令完成日常工作；
6、熟悉消息队列开发（kafka或RabbitMQ)；
7、熟悉Docker，K8s等容器技术，有分布式开发经验；
8、具备良好的文档技术方案，标准规范等文档编写能力；思维严谨，责任心强，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，能承受一定的工作压力；
9、有学习热情，具备良好的沟通能力；
10、适应加班，可接受出差。
